Every Ben Weide garment is shipped with the same attention with which it was made. We ship climate-neutrally throughout Europe with our shipping partners DHL and DPD. Of course, all shipments are insured, so your order arrives safely.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your parcel at any time.

As we are not always in the atelier – especially during peak season, production runs or external appointments – we ask you to let us know about your return in advance. This ensures that your return is received properly and processed promptly.

Returns that are not announced in advance or are sent to other addresses may not be assigned immediately.

In accordance with our terms and conditions, made-to-measure items, personalised products and individually adjusted or altered garments are excluded from exchange. If you have any questions about this, we are of course always happy to help.
