COBBLESTONE GREY captures exactly this atmosphere. Inspired by Berlin’s characteristic cobblestones and their subtle shimmer in the night-time light, this distinctive shade of grey combines urban restraint with exceptional materiality.

For this edition of our SACKET, we use a loden made from 50% finest merino wool, 30% angora and 20% cashmere, developed exclusively for BEN WEIDE. The carefully balanced combination of these three high-quality natural fibres gives the fabric a remarkably soft hand, pleasant warmth and a particularly elegant drape.

COBBLESTONE GREY gets its unmistakable character from the fine, directional nap of the weave. Depending on how the light falls, the surface appears different: at times the grey looks matt and understated, at others a soft, almost silvery shimmer emerges. A subtle play of light, texture and movement that underlines the particular depth of this fabric.

Thanks to its special finish, the high-quality loden is wind-resistant, water- and dirt-repellent and machine washable at 30°C. In this way, the SACKET combines the luxurious qualities of fine natural fibres with the functionality that defines BEN WEIDE.

The details live up to the same standard: hand-polished titanium metal zips, buttons in hand-dyed tagua nut and carefully finished pockets underline the special character of this jacket.
