Night Shift Cashmere Sacket | Light Concrete

When the light of the street lamps fades on the city’s façades on a cold Berlin winter night, a colour world all of its own emerges. Concrete, which looks cool and rough by day, takes on an almost silvery lightness in the diffuse light. Wisps of fog drift through the streets, outlines blur and the city’s architecture reveals its quiet, almost poetic side.

LIGHT CONCRETE captures exactly this moment. An exceptionally pale shade of grey, inspired by Berlin’s wintry architecture, the soft glow of night-time light sources and the particular stillness of a city between midnight and dawn.

For this edition of our SACKET, we use a loden in 100% pure cashmere, developed exclusively for BEN WEIDE. The exceptional softness of this precious natural fibre creates a fascinating contrast with the cool, clear aesthetic of concrete. What seems contradictory at first glance comes together in a jacket of particular elegance.

Thanks to its special finish, the cashmere loden is wind-resistant, water- and dirt-repellent and machine washable at 30°C. A luxurious material that impresses not only with its incomparable hand but also with remarkable everyday practicality.

The details live up to the same standard: hand-polished titanium metal zips, buttons in hand-dyed tagua nut and carefully finished pockets underline the special character of this jacket.

The SACKET reinterprets the classic sports jacket in a modern way. Its striking stand-up collar and clean silhouette combine timeless elegance with sporty ease. Whether with jeans and trainers or stylishly paired with chinos and a shirt – the exceptionally pale grey makes it a versatile companion that fits effortlessly into any wardrobe.
