The Scottish Highlands are a vast mountain range with a rugged landscape. Many lochs and inlets reaching far into the country are characteristics of the Highlands. The fjords and the countless valleys with their lochs have existed since the Ice Age. A tartan is the weaving pattern for cloth used to represent membership in a Scottish clan. The tartan's typical plaid is created during weaving by using different colored threads. After traveling through the Highlands, the idea for this suiddy in a tartan pattern was born.
The Suiddy is a successful mixture of jacket and hoodie. Sporty and elegant. And our Highland Suiddy is made of a plaid loden thus in a tartan pattern.
The fine merino loden is woven in the oldest cloth weaving mill in Germany with over 350 years of experience and specially prepared for Ben Weide. This gives the pieces a special water and windbreaker function. The new titanium zippers are hand polished and very durable.
All Suiddys are available in a limited edition, that means there are only 30 pieces of the "Highland" in different sizes.
